Project Design
一.Overall Drawing of Commissioning of Replacing Pipeline
1.With the completion of line stop in the position of 1-2 and 2-2, the pressure equalization hole 1-3, 2-3 will be used as the pressure relief hole. The 1-3 and 2-3 should be connected to the pool by flexible hose for depressurization.
2.The balloon plugging hole 1-4 and 2-4 will be used as the oil draining hole and EX oil well pump should be connected to 1-4 or 2-4 for oil draining.
3. With the completion of oil draining by oil well pump, replaced pipe should be cut on both upstream and downstream tie-in location
4. balloon plug will be used in the position of 1-4 and 2-4 for safety of tie-in and grease block wall will be built inside of pipeline as the additional safety measure for tie-in.
5.Tie-in of replacing pipe and existing pipe by welding after balloon plugging and grease block wall building
6. Pressure equalization hole 1-3 and 2-3 should be connected to the line stop housing in the position of 1-2. 2-2 for pressure equalization and oil filling. then line stop with 1-2 and 2-2 should be lifted for final commissioning of replacing pipeline (new pipeline)
二.Overall drawing of Replaced Pipeline Product Draining
7.With completion of tie-in, pig launcher should be welded in the end of replaced pipe in the upstream. The flange and blind flange should be welded in the end of replaced pipe on the downstream.
8.With installation of Pig in the Pig launcher, the pressure should be applied to the pig launcher by water or compression air injection .
9.The product in the replaced pipe will be drained by Pig with the water or air pressure .
10.The 2’’ vent hole in the blind flange on the downstream should be connected by flexible hose for product draining
11.The pig will be retracted in the end of replaced pipe in the downstream after draining
三.Overall drawing of Oil Draining of Bypass Pipe
12.With the commission of replacing pipe, get valve 1-2 closed and 2-2 open .
13.The 2’’ ball valve should be fixed in the position of 1-5 as the nitrogen injection valve.
14.The product in the bypass pipe will be drained to existing pipe with high pressure nitrogen injection from valve 1-5
15.Get valve 2-1 closed and valve 2-5 open. If flowing found in the pool, get valve 2-1 open and 2-5 close and get nitrogen injection proceed
